It depends on where you live. If you're where there's still a chance of frost, or where the high is in the 40s or low 50s, you'd better wait a while longer before putting your seedlings outside. If you're where it's beginning to get warm and the chance of frost is gone, it's probably safe to put your seedlings out. Keep an eye on the weather, and if the temperature dips below freezing, bring the seedlings in or cover them up.
